How do I get started?

Book a session online or send me a message. If you're unsure, a first one-to-one session is a good way to find what suits you.

What happens in a first session?

We talk about what's bringing you here and what you'd like to be different. There's no pressure to share more than you want to.

Online or in person?

Both. Online sessions run on video; in-person sessions are in Raipur.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. What you share stays between us, apart from the limits set out in the Privacy Policy.

How do I reschedule?

You can reschedule or change a booking once, up to 12 hours before it starts. After that, the session or workshop counts as done. See the Refund Policy for details.

Do you work with children?

No. I work only with adults. When a concern is about a child, I work with the parents.
